About Lesson
Leadership often begins as a personal journey — learning to manage emotions, speak with reason, and act with integrity.
However, leadership cannot remain individual for long.
In real life, almost every meaningful goal requires cooperation:
- school projects
- sports teams
- clubs and competitions
- community service
- future workplaces
A leader who cannot work with others will eventually fail, no matter how talented they are.
This module helps students understand that teamwork is not automatic and is not always comfortable, but it is essential.
Leadership within a team requires patience, fairness, communication, and the courage to handle disagreement without damaging trust.
