About Lesson
Leadership is sometimes portrayed as one strong person standing at the front, making decisions alone.
In reality, this image is misleading.
Even the most capable leader has limits:
- limited time
- limited attention
- limited knowledge
Teams allow leaders to extend their reach beyond themselves.
When people combine their different strengths, the group can solve more complex problems and reach higher goals than any single person could alone.
True leadership is not weakened by teamwork — it is strengthened by it.
Leaders who refuse to rely on others often:
- become overwhelmed
- miss important details
- create resentment
- lose valuable support
In contrast, leaders who value teamwork show confidence rather than insecurity.
Asking for help is not weakness; it is wisdom.
