As this course comes to its final module, it is important to slow down.
Many courses rush to an ending by reviewing skills or celebrating completion.
This course ends differently, because leadership itself does not “end.”
Leadership is not something you finish learning.
It is something that continues to grow as you grow.
Up to now, you have explored leadership from many directions — emotions, communication, integrity, teamwork, fairness, digital responsibility, and service. All of these skills matter. But none of them stand alone. They come together through one crucial question:
Who am I becoming through my everyday choices?
This module is about helping students understand that leadership is not defined only by what they can do, but by what they consistently choose to do — especially when no one is reminding them.
