About Lesson

School Example

During a group project, two students argue.
You say:

“Let’s slow down and finish this together.”

You didn’t win the argument.
You protected the team.

That’s leadership.

Game Example

In an online game, someone keeps breaking the rules.
Instead of insulting them, you suggest:

“Let’s agree on rules so everyone enjoys the game.”

That’s leadership through problem-solving.

Friendship Example

Someone is being teased.
You speak up:

“That’s not funny. Let’s stop.”

That single sentence can change a situation completely.
