About Lesson

Pressure reveals true values

Pressure comes from:

  • friends who want shortcuts
  • teammates who want credit
  • social media trends
  • fear of being left out

Pressure exposes whether values are habits or just words.

Standing firm without aggression

Integrity does not require shouting or judging others.
Leaders can:

  • refuse calmly
  • explain briefly
  • set boundaries respectfully

Examples:

  • “That crosses a line for me.”
  • “I won’t be part of that.”

Clarity is stronger than anger.

Digital pressure and integrity

Online spaces test integrity because:

  • actions feel less real
  • accountability feels distant

But online decisions still:

  • affect real people
  • shape reputation
  • reveal character

Leadership does not turn off online.
