About Lesson
Pressure reveals true values
Pressure comes from:
- friends who want shortcuts
- teammates who want credit
- social media trends
- fear of being left out
Pressure exposes whether values are habits or just words.
Standing firm without aggression
Integrity does not require shouting or judging others.
Leaders can:
- refuse calmly
- explain briefly
- set boundaries respectfully
Examples:
- “That crosses a line for me.”
- “I won’t be part of that.”
Clarity is stronger than anger.
Digital pressure and integrity
Online spaces test integrity because:
- actions feel less real
- accountability feels distant
But online decisions still:
- affect real people
- shape reputation
- reveal character
Leadership does not turn off online.
