  • “Name it to tame it” — label feelings clearly
  • Stop–Breathe–Think — pause before reacting
  • “Love = verb” — show care through actions
  • “Boundaries = respect” — protect your space kindly
  • “Your blueprint is unique” — you don’t need to be someone else
  • Crisis = danger + opportunity — growth comes even from tough moments

Examples:

  • “Ask my parent to listen without interrupting.”
