About Lesson
Not all growth is visible. Growth often happens slowly and quietly, especially when it involves emotions, habits, or awareness.
Think about changes that may have occurred:
- Did you start taking breaks sooner instead of pushing through stress?
- Did you become more aware of sound, color, or clutter?
- Did you treat your body with more patience?
- Did you stop comparing as much as before?
Real-life example:
A student may not feel “different,” but may now recognize stress sooner and respond with movement or rest. That is growth.
This lesson helps students understand that progress doesn’t need to be measurable to be meaningful. Subtle growth lasts longer than dramatic change.
